LUXE Properties Singapore was the brainchild of Real Estate Practitioner Renee Sim. She is a Mother, Home chef, Avid baker, Disciplinarian, Housekeeper & Realtor all in one. Graduated with Master of Science (Mechanical Engineering) from National University of Singapore.

She made the decision on career switch to join the real estate industry full time after her 3rd child. Although she has the skill sets and experience from the financial industry, the real estate industry is highly competitive & constantly evolving.

Every client brings with them different expectations and Renee constantly strives to put in her best effort in every client she serves, regardless of whether it is a rental or sale transaction. Equipped with both residential and commercial knowledge, her systematic approach from her engineering background & meticulous risk analysis of market trend assisted many buyers on their property progression journey.
